My son has very bad food allergies. I was just wondering if any of the restaurants in the park have options for food allergies? Or if they have allergies listed on their menu?

    Hi, Nancy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your question. I hope your family is looking forward to visiting The Happiest Place on Earth!

It is always best to ask to speak to the chef directly so they can accommodate your son’s specific needs. Many items can be modified according to certain allergies, and the restaurants can reduce the risk of cross-contamination this way. Disney also recommends making dining reservations prior to your arrival and informing the restaurant of any dietary restrictions so accommodations can be planned in advance. You may contact the Disneyland Resort at DLRSpecialDiets@email.disney.com at least 14 days prior to your visit and after booking all dining reservations to make special arrangements.

I hope this helps you plan. Please visit Disneyland.com for more information about food allergies and special dietary requests, and feel free to ask me any other questions you may have, Nancy!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
