Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this "SPOOK-tacular" question, Sarah!
Indeed, there is a designated area located on Main Street, U.S.A. - near the Firehouse - available to Guests in ECV/wheelchairs, for viewing
Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I suggest getting there early and asking the Cast Member to allow you to enter the handicapped viewing area. Park attendance is typically reduced on party nights. Therefore, if you would prefer to sit elsewhere along the parade route, you should be able to find a spot with a great view.
If
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is your first time entering a park's touch point entry, then I recommend arriving at Magic Kingdom Park late afternoon. Do stop by Guest Relations to get the Disability Access Service (DAS) for your child. This service is available to Guests with a wide variety of special needs - including Autism Spectrum Disorder. For an in-depth explanation about how it might help, please review the
Disney Parks Disability Access Service Card Fact Sheet and
this very informative post.

Wishing your family, a frightfully good time!
