Bonjour Paige, and a warm welcome to planDisney! I'm thrilled to be helping you plan your practically perfect trip to Disneyland Paris, thank you for bringing your question to the panel.
You'll be stepping into the magic of
Disneyland Park and
Disney Adventure World before you know it, so let me help with the planning by answering your question about how to request a
Priority Card for your son. Disneyland Paris is a place for all guests to experience the magic, and a Priority Card can help make a visit smooth and comfortable for
guests with specific needs. Guests with an officially recognised disability are able to apply for a Priority Card 1 month before their visit. It looks like you are visiting in September, Paige, so you are still a few months away from being able to apply, but I'll still talk through the process with you. You'll simply need to visit the
webpage linked here to submit your application. On this page, you'll see a list of documents that are accepted as proof of disability, and you will need to bring an original copy of one of these on your holiday with you to validate your Priority Card upon arrival.
Disneyland Paris also offers special rates for guests with disabilities, ensuring that everyone can join in on the adventure! You can
book your special rate ticket here (subject to availability), and you'll just need to present your Priority Card along with your park ticket to enter the
Disney Parks.
I hope this has helped with the planning for your holiday, Paige. With the accessibility in attractions, shows, restaurants, and shops, I'm sure you and your son will have the most magical time!
If you have any other questions, be sure to stop by and ask your friends at planDisney.
Magic and Wishes,
Abi
