My son, who is 8 now, has always wanted to see the inside of the Castle at Magic Kingdom, besided the breezeway. We are going in November but Cinderellas's RT is booked solid. Is there any way he can go inside the castle since we can't get reservations?

    Hi Shannon!

I understand your son perfectly.  It has always been my dream (since the park opened) to walk through Cinderella Castle.  I have dined at Cinderella's Royal Table, and it's very pretty.  When you're in the park go to Cinderella Castle and ask the Castmember at check in if you could take your son in for a quick look in Cinderella's waiting area.  Towards the back of the area, there are some steps.  Go up those steps to the restrooms.  You'll pass an amazing stained glass window of Cinderella.  The restaurant is at the top of those stairs.

I'm sure that you won't have a problem getting into the waiting area.  The Castmembers are very nice, and will understand that you just want a peek since you weren't able to get a reservation.  Keep calling back every day to try to get a cancellation.  You can also walk up early during (and throughout) the day to see if they can fit you in.  Off hours are the best.   Good luck to you.  As a mom, I know how important this is for you.

Have a great time on your trip!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
