My son will be almost 16 mo when we go in October. What are good rides for us to get fast passes for? What are good parks to take him (only have 3 park days)? Good places to eat?

    Hi Nicole,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm excited to hEAR you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in October!

With a 16-month-old, you will definitely want to visit Magic Kingdom Park. I've always found there to be more attractions geared for little ones at the iconic park. You may also want to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Based on the age of your son, I recommend spending two days at Magic Kingdom Park and one day at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.Your son will be able to experience all of the attractions which are categorized for Guests of "Any Age or Any Height."

FastPass+ service is a great way to experience several attractions with little to no wait. At Magic Kingdom Park, my picks include: Peter Pan's Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean and Dumbo the Flying Elephant. My top picks at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park include: Kilimanjaro Safaris, Na'vi River Journey and Festival of the Lion King. If you visit Disney's Hollywood Studios, my list includes: Disney Junior Dance Party!, Toy Story Mania! and Fantasmic!

Be sure to book a Character Dining experience for your son to meet several Disney Characters while enjoying a delicious meal. My favorites include: Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort and The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom Park.

I hope this helps, Nicole. Let us know if you have any new questions as you continue to plan a magical trip!
