My son is allergic to dairy products. Is there someway to find out which restaurants would serve dairy free items without having to check with every restaurant individually?

Hey, Kathlen! I hear ya. My wife has a formidable dairy allergy too. The easiest way to be proactive about it is to have the dairy allergy noted on your advance dining reservations. The cast member serving your table will see it right away and have details - or the chef - describe your dairy free options.

At counter service restaurants, it's not as proactive, but the cast members are more than happy to hook you up with nutritional information.

It's been disputed in some places, but I can say that based on our experience (in research and consumption,) the pineapple soft serve float called the Dole Whip is dairy free and my wife hasn't had any side effects after throwing one down.
