Nancy, welcome aboard planDisney!
Oh, Boy! You’re just days away from embarking on the Disney Wish! How exciting! I’ve been in your very shoes traveling with a sailor with food allergies. Disney Cruise Line does a fantastic job accommodating Guests with
special dietary needs and allergies. I recommend filling out the Special Services form located under your reservation, noting your son’s milk allergy. It’s one more measure you can take to ensure his allergies are accommodated.
I’m happy to share that soy milk is available in the rotational dining rooms and at
Marceline Market. If you don’t see any near the cereal in the morning, notify a crew member, and they will happily bring some out. Feel free to take a few extra cartons back to your stateroom to have on hand. On your first night at dinner, your dining room servers will ask if there are any food allergies and offer modifications and alternatives so that your Mouseketeer has a safe and magical voyage.
Depending on your dining time, you’ll enjoy a Broadway-quality stage performance before or after dinner. The Wish has three of my favorite shows! The
theatre doors open 30 minutes beforehand. I recommend arriving early to secure seats closer to the stage. You’ll find booster seats near the entrance for little sailors needing some extra help seeing around grown-ups. The entertainment schedule and dining information will be listed in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Nancy, I'm sure you'll be zipping up those suitcases in no time! Thank you for pointing your compass to planDisney.
SEAS the adventure,
Tracie
