Hey there, hi there, Melissa!
You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.
Melissa, I want you to know that my family has utilized the
Disability Access Service (DAS), which has truly helped keep the Disney magic alive for my little Mouseketeer. As you know, this service is offered to Guests who have difficulty tolerating waiting in a conventional queue due to a disability.
Because I wasn’t sure about smaller Mouseketeers under three being able to utilize this service due to them not having a valid theme park admission, I went ahead and
called the Disability Services line and spoke to a friendly Cast Member. They informed me that although your small Mouseketeer under three isn’t required to have a theme park ticket, he can still be eligible for DAS.
Guests can
pre-register using a video chat as soon as 30 days prior to your park visit but no less than two days before arrival, or you are welcome to wait until you are inside the park at a Guest Relations location.
Since you’re coming with your little one, I do hope you utilize the
Baby Care Centers. There is one in every theme park, providing a quiet, peaceful, and clean space for you and your sweet baby. You can purchase various items you may need there, such as baby wipes. The changing stations are wonderful and plentiful. I loved having a nice, cool area to go to with my little ones when they needed to be fed or changed.
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Melissa! Have an enchanting visit.
Aena
