    My son is an active Army soldier and he's asking if he got a military discount to go to Epcot. He is going just for one day.

    Hi Maria,

    First, I want to say thank you to your son and to your family for your service to our country.  I also want to thank you for taking time to help your son with his visit tomorrow!

    How exciting that your son will be visiting EPCOT, he is sure to have an amazing visit!  Whether your son is interested in thrilling rides like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, snacking his way through World Showcase, or ending his night watching EPCOT Forever he is sure to have a marvelous day indeed.

    Now since your son's visit is only a few hours away let's get down to business.  Currently, for your son to obtain a military discount for his EPCOT ticket he will need to visit Shades of Green to purchase it.  Shades of Green is an Armed Forces Recreation Center Resort property located on Walt Disney World Resort property.  Unfortunately, at this time there isn't a one-day military discount ticket available for your son to purchase directly through Walt Disney World ticket windows tomorrow.  However, he can purchase a regular one-day Walt Disney World ticket at EPCOT if he doesn't want to use up some of his time going to Shades of Green before going to the theme park.
