Is there somewhere in Disney Springs where you can show your Florida ID to activate florida resident tickets? If so, where is it located? Thank you!

Dear Lisa! I am sure you have heard all the exciting news about the changes in Disney Springs. The new Town Center is open and all I can say is WOW!

You will find the new Guest Relations Welcome Center in the Town Center. They can assist you with all your needs including activating tickets. I suggest you use the new Lime Parking garage as this is the closest parking. If you are taking Disney transportation the buses will have their drop off depot at the Town Center also. Pick up a new Disney Springs map and follow the map to reach the Guest Relations new building. A few weeks ago they had not put up a sign yet but hopefully it is up and allowing guests to locate it much easier. (Look for rocking chairs around the "porch").

Take some time to explore this new area if you can. Find my favorite cupcakes at Sprinkles Cupcakes or take a look at the great cakes and sweets at Amorette's Patisserie. Or check out the burgers at D-Luxe Burgers or the Bhutan choices nearby. The added shopping and dining choices has made this a definite must visit during any Walt Disney World vacation!
