Is there somewhere in the "My Disney Experience" where permission needs to be given to a "guest" staying at a Disney resort under your reservation name, in order for the guest to view plans, reservations, friend link up requests, etc?

Hi, Stacy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Stacy,  My Disney Experience is a great planning tool that will organize and contain all your magical vacation plans for your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Whether you’re planning a visit with multiple guests, extended family, or just your immediate family, you can customize your account and privacy settings to fit your planning needs and wants.

To view your privacy and sharing settings, log in to your My Disney Experience account and select the Family and Friends list. There, on the right side of each Disney character representing each guest in your list, you will see a link that says Update. Select that to see the sharing options for your account and the accounts you are linked with.

If you need live help setting this up, a Cast Member at Disney’s Internet Help Desk can assist you. You can reach them by calling 407-939-4357.

I hope this helps answer your question. For any additional planning tips or questions you might have as you dream up and plan your magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, please don’t hesitate to stop by and bring those our way. It’s our pleasure to assist you with your planning efforts.

    Have a magical day,
