Hey there, Karen. Thanks for visiting us on planDisney with your question for us!
I’m glad to see you’re planning an upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth next month. Now that the
phased reopening is well underway, there’s so much to see and do at the Disneyland Resort theme parks! With the recently opened impressive Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park and the beautifully reimagined Snow White’s Enchanted Wish in Disneyland Park, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
When you purchased your theme park tickets and made park reservations, you should have received a confirmation email. This is sent to the email address associated with your Disney account. If you cannot locate it in your inbox, definitely peek in your spam or junk folder to see if it landed there. You can also check on
Disneyland.com by signing into your Disney account, or on your
Disneyland mobile app.
Let’s start by checking on
Disneyland.com. On the right-hand side, locate “My Disneyland” and hover your cursor over it and you will see “Ticket and Reservation Details”. When you click on it and scroll down a bit, you’ll see “View My Park Reservations>”. This will bring up your upcoming theme park reservations, including date and confirmation numbers for your visit.
If you’re using the Disneyland mobile app, you’ll be able to see “Park Reservations” on the home page. You can click on “Manage or Make Reservations>” and you’ll be able to see your Theme Park Reservations, which date you’ll be visiting, as well as the confirmation numbers.
An important thing to remember is that you’ll need your unique QR code (sent after you booked your reservation) in order for park entry. The QR code can also be found when you view your theme park reservation details on
Disneyland.com and Disneyland mobile app.
I hope this information is helpful for you, Karen. Please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again if you have further questions.
See ya real soon,
Kiki
