Allison from MD Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are somewhat concerned that are little one will be afraid of the Marvel dining experience on our upcoming cruise on the Wish. Is the Oceaneers Club open during dinner, and if so, will they serve her dinner?

Ahoy there, Allison! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so excited that you and your crew will be embarking on an incredible voyage aboard the new Disney Wish! My family had a chance to experience everything the Disney Wish has to offer earlier this summer, and I can tell you from experience that it is an amazing ship, with even more amazing spaces for the entire family to enjoy - and some extra special experiences that are just waiting to be discovered!

Speaking of discovering new spaces and experiences, the new main dining options aboard the Disney Wish are absolutely not-to-be-missed! From the incredible performances and familiar friends appearing at Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure to the upscale California-inspired cuisine of 1923, and yes, Worlds of Marvel, Disney Cruise Line has taken their exclusive rotational dining to another level on their newest ship!

Now, when it comes to the experience that awaits you at Worlds of Marvel, I can tell you without spoiling any of the details that if your family has experienced Animator's Palate on any of the classic ships and enjoyed it, Worlds of Marvel takes its cues from that type of family-friendly experience! How can I be sure? Let's just say my one-year-old was absolutely captivated by the theming, the interactive portions, as well as what took place on the video screens - and the food was a hit as well - and this was on his very first vacation anywhere!

That said, you know your little sailor best, and if you get the feeling that things may be a bit intense, you'll be happy to know that Disney's Oceaneer Club will be open during dining hours. However, as of this writing, we have yet to get confirmation of the restart of meals being served to little cruisers. This could definitely change at any time, so I'd be sure to keep an eye on the latest guide to updated experiences information as your cruise gets closer! If you don't see an update between now and your sail date, definitely slide on down - literally - to Disney's Oceaneer Club on the first day of your cruise and ask the Youth Activities crew members about the latest status!

I do hope that you and your crew are all able to enjoy the Worlds of Marvel experience, Allison, and I WISH for a fantastic sailing as you explore and fall in love with the latest ship in the fleet! Thank you so much for your question, and if any other questions surface as you continue planning, please drop me another line here at planDisney!

Until then, may your anchor be tight and your compass true!
