    I would like to do something special for my daughter second birthday which is oct 2nd. I thought about having a cake delivered to dinner with characters. I saw that chef mickeys was a good restaurant however I am having trouble getting at table. Any help.

    Hi Katherine!  Chef Mickey's is a great restaurant and really fun!  I am not sure what week you will be there, but you should definitely keep checking the online reservation feature to check for cancellations.  You would be surprised at how often one will become available.  You can also keep calling 407-WDW-DINE to find out more information.  If you really want to go and can't get a reservation, you can always just go and wait for a table.  I think if you went for a late dinner, you wouldn't have to wait as long as during prime dinner hours, and there are lots of fun shops to wander through as you pass the time.   

    Another really fun character experience is Donald's Safari Breakfast at Animal Kingdom's Tusker House.  It has the same characters and a delicious buffet!
