Hi I would like to do something very special for my dad. He has cancer and this will be his first and last trip to Disney. Is there anything you can recommend that isn't to crazy in price. He has to carry oxygen with him and cant stand very long. thank

    Hi, Warren!

What a wonderful trip you are planning for your dear Dad!

First, get a Celebration Recognition Button at your WDW Resort hotel at check-in or at Guest Relations in any WDW park. Cast Members will be sure to help make Dad's 1st visit magical! While there, pick up a Guest Assistance Card which will enable your Dad to use an alternate entrance whenever one is available. Just bring a note from his doctor which states that he cannot stand for long periods of time and present it to a CM at Guest Relations.

Next, I see from your other questions that you have dining reservations; be sure to mention that you are celebrating a very special visit, and would love your server to help make it extra special. You could even have a customized cake delivered to your table Get his favorite and work with the bakers at WDW to find just the right theme.

We've designed customized T-shirts, too, and wore them together on a particular day in our trip. These make for great photos as well as sentimental keepsakes as well.

Finally, consider booking a Mini Portrait Session from Disney Fine Art Photography & Video. For only $150, you'll capture this special moment in dozens of photos in just about 20 minutes.

Send another question, Warren; I'd love to help!
