How do we make something magical happen during our trip? Like opening the Magic Kingdom or being in the parade? We're celebrating 32 EARS of marriage and bringing family from the Philippines. We will be 7 total

    Hello, Martina,

Congratulations on 32 years of marriage!  I think you are celebrating in a perfect place and with your family visiting, there is sure to be plenty of many unforgettable moments. To help have a magical moment, I'd encourage you first to get a complimentary celebration button (available at any of the park's Guest Relations) for everyone in your party. This is a quick and easy way to share your celebration with everyone, and you may have a surprise or two coming your way (no guarantees, however). Some guests also wear matching t-shirts with their celebrations on them to further share their news.

As for being selected to help open the Magic Kingdom or another magical moment, there isn't a specific way this happens.  It is often just a matter of being in the right place at the right time.  You may find it helpful to do a little research where other guests have shared their experiences of being selected as the First Family of the Magic Kingdom. From their shared experiences, you may be able to try a few of those ideas.

If you'd like some additional help from Walt Disney World with making your celebration more special, Walt Disney World has many ideas and different options available to guests to do so. If you find you have any additional questions about celebrations or your upcoming trip, please let us know.  -Kara
