Something has happened between my person I’m traveling with and my account. We linked our reservation but I want to be able to be the primary holder of the information in order to pay my balance. Please let me know what I can do. Thanks

    Hello Jackson,

Thanks for stopping by to see us here at planDisney!

It's so great to hear you're planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. It's also great to hear you'll be visiting during "The World’s Most Magical Celebration" to make your visit even more special as you celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort.

It sounds like you want to make changes to the primary reservation holder for your plans, in which case you'll want to contact the Walt Disney World Resort to get assistance from a Cast Member. You can reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who'll be happy to assist you with your reservation information.

Jackson, as you are putting your plans together, be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog as a fun and helpful way to stay in the know about all the magic that awaits you when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort.

Here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
