Hi Irma!
You bring up an excellent question!
Dining reservations are extremely popular at the
Disneyland Resort. Some guests hop on their computer at 3:00 a.m. (California time) as soon as their booking window opens, to try to secure a dining reservation. Dining reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance. Popular dining locations such as
Blue Bayou Restaurant and
Oga's Cantina at
Disneyland Park tend to get booked extremely quickly.
As it seems like reservations are not available on your arrival date, I suggest you check on a daily basis. I've had plenty of past experiences when reservations for a particular restaurant would be completely booked, and as I checked daily, a reservation would open up! Especially as you get nearer to your arrival date, check often for available reservations.
Another option would be to try for a walk-up reservation on your arrival date. Go to the restaurant you're hoping to dine at, walk up to the check-in counter, and put your name down on the waitlist. Walk-in reservations also get booked fairly quickly, so I recommend going early to try to secure your spot.
AND looking at your arrival date, you're going to be visiting the parks just in time for the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, which takes place from March 4, 2022 to April 26, 2022! This is an amazing event that I've attended in the past. The food and beverage options available are fantastic, so there's a chance you might just enjoy the food at the festival and maybe a dining reservation won't be needed!
See ya real soon!
