Next month you will be immersed in magic at
Walt Disney World Resort. Holiday fun will be on display throughout the theme parks. Consider treating yourself to
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party for the ultimate Christmas celebration. Your ticket will grant you access to
Magic Kingdom Park beginning at 4:00 PM on the day of the party.
Everyone with a valid Theme Park Reservation and Theme Park Ticket to parks with
virtual queue attractions is eligible to join at 7:00 AM. This is not exclusive to Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Guests. However,
Individual Lightning Lane purchases are open at 7:00 AM only to guests of a Disney Resort and other select hotels. All other guests must wait to purchase Individual Lightning Lanes at the park opening. This may be where your confusion is rooted.
At this time, the two main attractions utilizing the virtual queue system include
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT and
TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise® at Magic Kingdom Park. If you miss your chance to join the virtual queue, you can try again at 1:00 PM from inside the theme park.
