Someone told me that a few of the resorts have a photopass photographer that will take your pictures in the resort lobby and no sitting fee/time is required? I know this happened for us at the Animal Kingdom Loge in November, but are there other resorts?

To my knowledge, Kimberly, there isn't one particular resource that compiles that information.  I can tell you that last year in December, my family spent one day traveling to various resorts on property to admire the holiday decorations.  Along the way, we visited the Beach Club, Yacht Club, Boardwalk Inn, Wilderness Lodge, and the Grand Floridian.  Of these, the only lobby in which we found a PhotoPass photographer was the Wilderness Lodge.  He was taking impromptu photos in front of the resort's massive Christmas tree.  Furthermore, in all of our stays at Walt Disney World, we've never encountered a PhotoPass photographer taking similar pictures in any resort lobby.  I hope that information helps in your planning!
