Can someone tell me if getting to Animal Kingdom first thing in the morning to view the animals is just as important in November as it may be in the summer since the oppressive heat is less of a factor?

    Hi Eric!

I actually got into a debate a couple of years ago about the importance of being at the Animal Kingdom and on the safari early in order to see the animals when they were most active.  I lost.  It turns out the research team behind "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World" had already tested that theory and they found that it really didn't matter whether you got there early or mid-day.  Your chances of seeing the same number of animals while on the safari did not change significantly.

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
