Welcome to planDisney! The return of Walt Disney World Annual Passes has been an exciting time for us here at planDisney and I’m sure it was also exciting for you.
If the Annual Pass is already under your friend’s “Tickets and Passes,” they should be able to
reassign the ticket to your name as long as it has not been used. If your friend is using their My Disney Experience mobile app, they can click the three horizontal bars in the bottom right of the screen. Then find the tile labeled “Tickets and Passes.” Your friend should find the Annual Pass they want to assign to you and under the ticket should be the option to “Reassign Ticket.” From there your friend should find and select your name to reassign the ticket.
If you have any difficulty with the directions I described, your friend should call the number listed under “
Existing Tickets” and a Cast Member will be able to assist them.
