Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so happy that you've returned to see us as you prepare for another visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
Samuel, I had the chance to visit both
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park last summer for the first time in several years and had a
SPLASH-tacular time! If you're visiting this summer, you'll once again find both parks open for Guests to enjoy. I hope you have the chance to float the day away on
Castaway Creek AND race down Mt. Gushmore on
Summit Plummet if your vacation plans allow it!
The Beachcomber Shacks at Typhoon Lagoon are a great way to upgrade your visit with several options available, including
Standard,
Deluxe, and
Premium Plus. You'll also find umbrellas available for rent at Typhoon Lagoon, which include seating for four near the
Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool. Unfortunately, online reservations for Beachcomber Shacks and umbrellas are not available until you arrive in the United States. Once you arrive in the U.S., you can access the U.S. version of the Walt Disney World website to check available reservations or speak with a Cast Member at Typhoon Lagoon on the day of your visit to check same-day availability.
