Hey there, Shawtrece. Thanks for stopping by planDisney. I’m so sorry to hear about this – I know Covid-19 has added a lot of stress as sometimes plans have to change last minute. I hope your friend recovers quickly.
Shawtrece, the unused
ticket will stay linked to the account it was purchased from, for future use.
Tickets typically have a long life. For instance, most one-day tickets purchased this year are valid until December 30, 2023. You can
contact Ticket Services to confirm the exact expiration date of your ticket, to be 100 percent sure of when you need to use the ticket by. Also, a ticket can be transferred to someone else’s name, provided no portion has been used yet.
Once you’re ready to make a new reservation, you can log into your
Disneyland account, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, and click on the “Make Park Reservations” button. Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance.
I hope this is helpful. Please come back with any other questions – you have a friend in me.
