Hi there, Brandy!
Welcome to planDisney, I'm so excited about your visit to the Disneyland Resort! Organizing a group visit can take a little extra planning, but I love being in the parks with a whole bunch of people I love. We can definitely work together to make sure you've got the "Bare Necessities" and more covered!
I'm so glad you know about the
Disneyland Mobile App! You can absolutely link your tickets to more than one Disney account on the app. Everyone in your party is welcome to link their tickets to their own Disney accounts, and you can also choose a "leader of the club" to link everyone's tickets to one account for group
Genie+ purchases and
Lightning Lane selections.
Tickets can be linked to an account in a few different ways. First, you can use a computer to access your Disney account on the
Disneyland website. Just click "Sign In" at the top of the page and enter your e-mail address and password. Once you're in, click on "My Disneyland at the top right and select "Link Tickets" to enter your Ticket ID Number.
You can also link tickets using the Disneyland Mobile App. When you open the app, tap on the "☰" button at the bottom right to access the main menu. Tap on the first option, "Tickets and Passes" and then select "Link Tickets & Passes" to add them to your account. The app also allows for you to link your passes in person by tapping someone's MagicBand+ with your phone!
Either method will allow you to access the tickets of everyone that you link to your account. So everyone in your party will be able to enter the park (don't forget to make those park reservations!) and purchase Genie+ and reserve Lightning Lane return times. You'll also be able to view Disney PhotoPass photos that anyone links to their tickets!
When it's time to book Lightning Lanes you'll have the option to select who in your party is planning to join you for the attraction. So if your group decides to split up for a little while that's no problem! I'm often the one in our party who is taking care of Lightning Lanes and checking what time I can choose our next one. I like to set a quick alarm so I don't miss our next reservation window!
Brandy, don't forget to visit
Mickey's Toontown during your visit! It just reopened and I know that Mickey and his friends would love to say hello. Personally, I can't wait to go relax on the grass in CenTOONial Park with a refreshing drink on our next visit! Dr. Jones also just made his return to Disneyland Park with the reopening of the
Indiana Jones Adventure attraction, which is my all-time favorite! Thanks again for visiting Brandy, please feel free to
send me a note if I can help you again!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
