Someone in my party has his park reservations listed separately from the rest of us, even though they're for the same park same day. Will this be a problem when doing things like lightning lane passes? Is there a way to merge the reservations?

Hey there Allison and welcome back to planDisney!

With just one month until your vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort, I definitely understand the need to make everything right. When I was planning my first visit since the introduction of Theme Park Reservations and Disney Genie+ Service I felt so sure I was going to forget something! But luckily we're here to make sure you've got all your Donald Ducks in a row.

It's ok that your friend has made his own Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. If y'all have the same theme park lineup all you'll need to do to plan together is connect via the Family & Friends List. Once connected you'll be able to book those Lightning Lanes together with ease. Just open your My Disney Experience app and tap the three-lined icon at the bottom of the screen. Choose My Profile and then choose the Show My Linking Code option. You'll then be able to scan your friend's QRCode or manually enter the Manual Code to get yourselves all linked up. When it's time to book any type of reservation, you'll now have the ability to add your friends to your party.

Allison, I hope I've been able to help you today. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask. We're happy to share the magic with you!

    Happy planning!
