Hi! Someone in my party is not able to attend our trip June 17-18. Can someone else use that ticket and reservation without having the name on the ticket changed? We can't get through to support to have it switched. Thank you!

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Devanny!

Welcome to planDisney! We are so excited you stopped by, and we are honored to answer your question as you plan your TIGGER-ific trip to the Disneyland Resort! AND, it looks like you all will be arriving in a few days! WOO HOO! I am counting down the days with you!

What a great question! So, are you ready for some MAGICAL news?! I am VERY happy to inform you that Mickey Mouse will most definitely allow another person to use an existing Disneyland Theme Park Ticket without officially changing the name on the ticket! When your party arrives at one of the Disneyland Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person using a specific ticket. When that happens, the Disneyland Theme Park Ticket is then attached to the person on the picture, not to the name on the ticket. At that point, the person using each ticket will be attached to those tickets for both days! WOO HOO! Don't you just love happy endings?!

As more and more pixie-dusted information is released on the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and make sure you subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog to find out all of the most current Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are only a question away!

    See Ya Real Soon!
