In a case like this, if someone is unable to visit Disneyland Resort on their scheduled day/s I would recommend they cancel their Theme Park Reservation/s as soon as possible and perhaps use the
Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to select other dates. As well, the value of the unused ticket could be considered toward the purchase of another theme park ticket, but this is something that would need to be discussed with
Disneyland Resort - Tickets.
Ann, during your visit, while using the
Disneyland Mobile App, on the
Home Page you will see the
Summon the Disney Genie. When you do so, the complimentary Disney Genie will prioritize your selected attractions, dining and experiences in a suggested itinerary to maximize your day. It will continually update to provide you with approximate attraction wait times for standby and Lightning Lane entrances.
Lightning Lane entrances are part of the new theme park ticket option called the
Disney Genie+ service, which will enable you to select an arrival window for attractions that offer a Lightning Lane entrance. You will be able to participate in this option by clicking on an attraction in the attraction list in the
My Day section of the Disneyland Mobile App.
Ann, you may wish to participate in the
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering to add convenience to your theme park day - just ensure you have added a payment method in the
Disneyland Mobile App by updating the
Payment Method in the
My Profile section of the app.
