Disney's Magical Express

    Someone in our party has a flight that lands 2 hours after the rest of the party and we all plan on using the Magical Express as we are staying on Disney property. Will everyone be able to schedule the magical express so we can travel together?

    I'm happy to hear you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in the near future! I'm sure you're counting down the days until your magical getaway.

    Through the end of 2021, Guests of Disney Resorts Collection hotels can take advantage of Disney's Magical Express service - complimentary motorcoach transportation from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to their resort hotel. This convenient, free service helps provide a seamless transition from the airport to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort! After a quick stop at Baggage Claim to collect your luggage, you'll check in at the Magical Express desk (Ground Transportation Area in Terminal B, Level 1), and soon after, be whisked away to your resort hotel. Once you're seated on the comfortable Disney bus, kick back and relax - your vacation has officially begun!

    To make a reservation for Disney's Magical Express service, you can call (407) 939-1936 to speak to a Cast Member, or provide all of your arrival information using this online form. Make sure to have your Disney reservation confirmation number handy, as well as all of the flight information for each member of your travel party. As long as each member of your travel party is listed on the resort reservation, it's fine if people have differing flight arrival times. The Guests that arrive first can either choose to go ahead to the resort hotel or wait at the airport until the later Guests arrive, if everyone wants to ride Magical Express together. 

    If you make your Disney's Magical Express reservation at least ten days prior to your arrival, you'll receive a confirmation letter in the mail to use as your "boarding pass" for the bus transportation. If, for some reason, you don't receive the confirmation letter before your trip, no need to worry. You'll simply need to present your MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile pass, or a government-issued photo I.D. to a Cast Member at the Magical Express check-in desk and they will assist you. Magical Express reservations will not appear in the My Plans section of your My Disney Experience account.
