Hello, Patricia. Thanks so much for reaching out to us again at planDisney.
Parking at the
Disney Resorts Collection Hotels is exclusively for Guests staying at these locations. While you are typically able to park there during the day on both your check-in day before you're able to check in and your checkout day after you've checked out, you are unable to do so when you do not have an active hotel reservation. Usually, the only exception to this is if you have
an advanced dining reservation for one of the table-service restaurants in the hotel, but if that's the case, you are usually only allowed to park there for three hours. If, during your break in reservations, you are staying at other accommodations, I would recommend looking at their parking options. Alternatively, you can look into parking garages in the area to see if you can pay to park it somewhere nearby. Just make sure you do your research and read reviews!
I know that there's a lot to do in the Walt Disney World Resort area, but make sure
Disney Springs is on your list of must-dos. There's
shopping,
dining,
experiences, and so much more. It really has an atmosphere all its own, and while it's not a theme park, you certainly can spend a day (or more) there. I mean, to me, delicious dining is an event in and of itself, so spending time here is a must when I visit. My father is excited to experience the
Aerophile when my husband and I bring him in January. A hot-air balloon ride looking out over the
Walt Disney World Resort? Yes, please! You can get some views you wouldn't get anywhere else. We're looking forward to it as well! You also might want to check out the
Vintage Amphicar Tours. This is just a cool, unique way to explore Disney Springs from a new vantage point. And hot tip: if you dine at
The BOATHOUSE (which is highly recommended), you can usually get a discount on your Amphicar ride (policies subject to change).
Patricia, enjoy your upcoming visit to the resort.
I'm here if you have any other questions!
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible,
