Can someone not staying at the Frontier resort and campsite still visit the pony rides/horses/stables?

Hi Brandi!  Thanks for your question.  You are definitely welcome to visit the Tri-Circle D Ranch at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, even if you are not a guest there.  You have a couple of transportation options: You can take the boat from the Magic Kingdom directly to the marina at Fort Wilderness, which is nearby to the Tri-Circle D Ranch, or you could take bus transportation directly to Fort Wilderness Resort, and then transfer to their internal bus system which will take you back to the Tri-Circle D Ranch.  Visiting Fort Wilderness Resort is always a fun and pleasant way to spend an afternoon or evening, and I highly recommend it!

P.S. -The Trail's End Restaurant, in the same area, serves an excellent all-you-care-to-enjoy meal with fried chicken that is super-yummy!

Please let me know if I can assist you with any other questions, and I wish you a magical day!
