Ahoy, Caroline! Thank you for taking the time to ask us your question.
It’s easy to find the right-size stateroom for your party when you book your
Disney Cruise online. When you provide the number of Guests, you’ll only be shown staterooms that fit your travel party. As a family of four, you will have the upper berth pull-down bed. It’s a little trickier if you are a group of three. As a family of three myself, I have a suggestion.
When entering your travel party, make sure to put four Guests and make a notation of the staterooms open. Then go back and change your count to three and reserve one of the staterooms you noted. The same applies for two Guests. My in-laws love having a room that sleeps four so they can have the grandkids sleep in their stateroom one night.
If this sounds like too much work, you can always
call Disney Cruise Line and speak with a reservation specialist. They will be able to ensure your stateroom has the sleeping configuration that meets your needs. I hope your Guest loves sleeping under the “night” sky as much as my son does.
A week aboard the Disney Fantasy sounds fantastic, Caroline! Your sailing will indeed be filled with magical moments from bow to stern. When you first board the ship, I recommend eating lunch at
Cabanas, reviewing the Daily Activity Schedule in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, and checking out the youth spaces. You might also want to pack a swimsuit, coverup, and sunscreen in your day bag so you can take a ride on the
AquaDuck – Disney’s “water coaster” at sea!
If you have more questions as your plans take shape, please sail back to planDisney. My friends and I are happy to help you prepare for your Disney Cruise Line vacation.
SEAS the adventure!
