How can someone in my Disney Experience group view the itinerary?

    Hiya Richard!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I am so glad you sent us your question, and I cannot wait for you and your party to have the most magical time on your upcoming Disney vacation. Can you believe that in just one month, you will be soaking in all the magic at the Walt Disney World Resort? Plus, with the 50th celebration in full swing and the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival kicking off its 2022 season, this trip is sure to be one you will never forget.

Let's talk about your My Disney Experience account and why it will be your best friend on your next Disney vacation. I honestly use the My Disney Experience every time I visit the parks, as it makes planning your day so much easier! The My Disney Experience mobile app makes visiting the parks with a bigger group much more convenient as you can make plans for everyone, split up depending on everyone's interests, and all have access to the group itinerary! First, you will need to make sure that everyone in your party has a My Disney Experience account and that they are in your Family & Friends List. To add them, log into your account and click on "My Family & Friends" under the "My Disney Experience" tab. Then, scroll down and click on "Add a Guest." You will then select "I'll enter their name and age" and "Invite this Guest to connect" so that you can connect with their specific account. Make sure to put the email address associated with their account, and they will receive an invitation to connect with you. After you have connected with everyone from your party, go back to your "Family & Friends List" by following the steps aforementioned and click on the profiles of each member of your party. Ensure that the "All My Plans" option is selected, as this will allow everyone in your party to see your whole itinerary. And voilà! Your entire party will now be able to access your itinerary at all times from their smartphones.

Now, Richard, I must recommend that you plan enough time to visit the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. With its beautiful view of the park covered in flowers, fun topiaries shaped like your favourite Disney characters, unique treats and fun activities, this festival is one you will not want to miss! One of my favourite parts about the EPCOT festivals is that there is something to do for everyone in your party. Spike's Pollen-Nation Exploration is a fun scavenger hunt that everyone will enjoy, and it gives the little ones something to do while others might pick up a fun dessert at one of the many culinary booths! My personal favourite is the brand new booth "La Isla Fresca" between the Morocco and France pavilions. We might not talk about Bruno, but we must talk about the booth's Encanto-inspired delicious menu. I still have dreams about those arepas! At the end of your fantastic day, you might even get to see some of your favourite artists perform as part of the Garden Rocks Concert Series

I hope this was helpful, Richard, and that you and your party will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. You and me, we're in a club now!

    Have a magical dai-sy,
