I'm excited to chat with you about your options for connecting with a helpful Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member. Cast Members are truly the heart of Disney magic and will do everything in their power to assist you before, during, and after your visit.
You can live chat with a Cast Member on the
Walt Disney World Resort website between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST each day. Look for a box with the chat icon on the right side of the screen. If the icon is greyed out, that just means all Cast Members are busy helping other Guests. Keep the tab open but feel free to go about other online tasks. Just be sure to keep the sound up so you can hear the alert when the invitation to chat appears. Within the last three months, I've used the Cast Member chat to obtain information about different Disney Resorts Collection hotels, Enchanting Extras availability, and more. I even gave a Cast Member permission to access my My Disney Experience account so they could help me properly connect with a Guest as
Family & Friends.
Cast Members can also be reached by phone 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST each day. The
Help Center can help you determine which number to call. In my experience, the shortest wait times occur during the first and last hour of the day.
Should you need Cast Member assistance during your park days, Tracy, stop by one of the blue umbrellas conveniently located throughout the four theme parks to speak with a member of the
