Kayla from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If someone canceled there reservations but didn’t mean to could that person call and get the original reservation back?

    Welcome to planDisney, Kayla!

Ah, shucks! I really hope you didn’t accidentally cancel your reservations to The Happiest Place on Earth! As there isn’t a way to revive your old reservations online, it may take a few steps to find (or make) your reservations again! Don’t lose hope, though! There’s a team of people that may be able to help you, should this accidental cancelation happen.

Though you may not be able to make your reservations reappear with the wave of your magic wand, you should be able to call a Cast Member at Website Support at (714) 520-6222. They may be able to help you find your lost reservations! You can also try the “Chat With Us” feature on the Disneyland Resort Mobile App. A Cast Member may be able to help you further there as well.

If you have additional questions, Kayla, we hope to hear from you again at planDisney! I’m sending happy thoughts and pixie dust to you! I hope your upcoming trip is magical!

    See ya real soon!
