how do I get someone back that I accidentally removed?

Hi Shawntay, welcome to planDisney, and thank you for stopping by to see us! I see you’re planning a trip to Walt Disney World soon, and I’d be happy to help with your plans! As the planner, I’m sure you want to be certain that everyone traveling with you is named on your Friends & Family list within your My Disney Experience account. No worries, Shawntay, because if someone has been removed from this list, you can always add them back!

From your Friends & Family list, scroll to the bottom and select “Add a Guest.” You will then be asked to add the name of the Guest. If they are age 13 or older, you will also be able to select the option to add their email address and potentially make them able to manage plans. If you choose to do this, they will then receive an email which they will use to confirm the change. Once they’ve done so, you’re all set! You can also remove individuals from the Friends & Family list easily from the same page.

Shawntay, I hope that this information helps you continue to make plans for your loved ones! If you’ve actually removed someone from your reservation, simply call Disney Reservations via phone to add them back! If we can help in any other way, please come back to see us! It would be our pleasure to help you keep planning and dreaming for a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
