I’ve had this same thing happen to me! One click of a button messed things up for me and I totally didn’t realize it until I was purchasing tickets! Thankfully, there is a way for you to fix this online! Just follow the steps below, Karl:
-Log in to your
Walt Disney World Resort account online.
-Hover over the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of your screen.
-Scroll down and select the “My Family & Friends” option.
-Find your son’s profile and click the blue “Update” button.
From there you’ll be able to fix his information! (If you are not the person that manages your son’s plans, the adult that does will need to fix his information instead. Then it will reflect on your account later!)
