Disneyland Resort – Website Support will resolve this matter and you can carry on with your plans at Disneyland Resort. Just be sure to have any theme park ticket confirmations on hand when speaking to the Cast Member, and please ask for theme park ticket ID numbers for the tickets you have purchased so that you can link them to your Disney account and make your Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations.
Cristina, here is how to link your theme park tickets to your
Disney account:
1. Sign in, look for and click on the
My Disneyland planning area on the far right at the top.
2. Click on
Tickets and you will see an option to
Link Tickets, please click on that option and then you will enter the theme park ticket ID number for each ticket you need to link, one at a time.
From this point, once your tickets are linked you will be able to make your
Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations right from your theme park ticket area in your Disney account.
Tips:
Download the
Disneyland Mobile App to manage your plans during your visit, and add a
Payment Method to enable app transactions such as
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and adding the Disney Genie+ service upon entry into the theme park.
Add the
Disney Genie+ service right after you enter a theme park using the Disneyland Mobile App. This service will save you time waiting in lines at attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance, plus you’ll receive unlimited digital downloads from
Disney PhotoPass Service attraction photos from your day.
