Somehow my daughter and I ended up with two MDE ID’s. We have an upcoming reservation at Animal Kingdom that is listed as one set of Id’s and the following days reservation is listed under another. Do we need to call to merge these id’s? We are staying DVC

Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Margaret! My Disney Experience can sometimes burp along, I find, and accidentally duplicate or delete something you were working on!

I had my daughter’s profiles duplicate once when trying to create a new Resort room reservation, but I was able to fix it by selecting the reservation and reassigning my daughter’s name. Sometimes issues are not so easily remedied. If you are not able to reselect a party member (this is easily done in a dining reservation, for example), you can always call Website Support at (407) 939-4357 for some assistance. Those Cast Members on the other end are extremely adept at finding missing code or settling something in your My Disney Experience system. You're sure to have it all fixed up in plenty of time for your departure.

If I can help you choose a dining reservation, or perhaps to personalize your family’s MagicBands, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
