I totally sympathize with you, Canaan. I also prefer to use digital communication instead of phone support when it’s an option, and I’m the self-proclaimed queen of online and mobile ordering! However, for security reasons, it really is best to contact the resort by phone to speak with a friendly Cast Member about changing your payment method on file to another credit card in your name. If there is someone you trust who can assist you with making the call, it might be worth asking for support.
I also recommend having all your account, contact, and payment information handy before calling so you won’t feel put on the spot when it comes time to provide those details. When you’re ready, call Magic Key Monthly Payment Guest Services at (800) 410-4656 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday through Friday, or from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. If you’d like, you can send an email to the Help Center via their
online contact form to see if it’s possible to communicate with someone in writing before speaking on the phone if that makes you feel more comfortable.
