Hi Steve, welcome to planDisney!
Thanks a bunch for bringing your question to us. I'm happy to help! Your options will vary depending on whether the tickets are partially used or are wholly unused. I'll walk you through them all!
If the remaining tickets you have left are wholly unused and expired, per Disney's
eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. So if your tickets are wholly unused, wait until after they expire, so after May 26, 2022, and then either visit the
Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths or try calling the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636. The fantastic Cast Members should be able to help!
Now if the remaining tickets are partially used, then you cannot apply the ticket's value towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket. In this case, I recommend you monitor the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if any reservations open up from now through May 26, 2022. Reservation availability is fluid and constantly changing, so there is still a chance reservations may open up!
Another option is to upgrade your Southern California Resident Weekday Tickets and transfer the cost of your tickets to one of the
Disneyland Resort Magic Keys. You can do this from within the
Disneyland Mobile App. Open the Mobile App, go to your tickets by pressing the "+" sign at the top right, and select "Buy Passes". You’ll need to make sure to do this BEFORE your tickets expire, so before 11:59 p.m. on May 26, 2022.
I really hope this works out for you! If you have any more questions, please visit us again!
See ya real soon!
