I had SoCal Pass that we only used one out of the 3 days. My tickets have become "unlinked". How do I have them reattached back to my account in order to make a reservation?

    Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for taking the time to send your question to us here at planDisney, we really appreciate you stopping by!  Hopefully we can get your ticket situation figured out and you will be walking down Main Street U.S.A. in a few short weeks!

With the all of the excitement surrounding the reopening of Disneyland Resort on April 30, 2021 Stitch seems to have been wreaking havoc on the Disneyland Resort Website from time to time.  Don't worry, with some patience, I am sure that this will be worked out and you will be all set to make your Theme Park Reservations in no time.  In order to link your Theme Park Tickets, head on over to the official Disneyland Resort website and sign into your Disney Account.  From there, hover over the "My Disneyland" tab and click on the "Link Tickets" tab.  This will allow you to follow the prompts and enter all of the information required to link your existing Theme Park Tickets.  If after linking your Theme Park Tickets, you still can't see them in your account, don't panic.  Sometimes your Tickets won't appear in your Account, so I do suggest trying to make Theme Park Reservations regardless.

To make your Theme Park Reservations, Click on the "Parks & Tickets" tab and then the "Theme Park Reservation Details" link on the Disneyland Resort Website.  After that, choose "Make Park Reservations" and just like when you linked your Theme Park Tickets, follow the prompts to secure your Theme Park Reservations.  If these steps don't work, I suggest calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be happy to help properly link your Theme Park Tickets.

I hope you found this answer useful, Jeremy.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
