If I have the SoCal pass I got before the pandemic will it still be honored

Welcome to planDisney, Monica. Thanks for taking the time to drop by with your question for us.

After being closed for more than a year, I’m guessing you’re excited to head back to the Happiest Place on Earth! I cannot wait to return to the theme parks and stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. again. What are you looking forward to when you’re back at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park?

Monica, I have good news for you. Disneyland Resort announced that promotional Southern California Resident tickets’ expiration date has been extended to December 16, 2021. There’ll be some blockout dates (July 4; and November 20-27, 2021) and you can use them on non-consecutive days. With the theme parks opening back up in a couple of weeks, you’ll have plenty of time to use your previously purchased tickets before they expire in December!

Also, be sure to link your tickets to your Disney account. Starting April 12, 2021, you may begin making your reservations for park entry. To manage attendance, this is a new process that all Guests will need to do prior to their arrival. The process is fairly simple: just link your tickets to your Disney account prior to accessing the theme park reservation system, create your travel party, choose a date and park you wish to visit, then review your selections and confirm. You’ll be all set for your upcoming trip!

I hope this information is helpful for you, Monica. Please visit us on planDisney again if you have more questions for us. We’re all EARS!

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
