I have 3 SoCal 3 day passes that weren't fully used. Tickets were valid 1/7/2020 - 5/21/2020. Can we get a refund?

    Hi Richard,

Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney, and thanks for your question.

It's my hope that you have many magical visits to the Disneyland Resort to look forward to in your great, big, beautiful tomorrow!

While theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort are nonrefundable, I can share that the Disneyland Resort extended the expiration date for the promotional 2020 Southern California Resident Ticket to December 16, 2021. Keep in mind that you can use the tickets on non-consecutive days. Also keep in mind that there are blockout days for July 4 and for November 20-27, 2021.

My suggestion is to call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 and talk with the Cast Members about the details of your tickets. The friendly Cast Members with the Ticket Services team can give you the best guidance on the use of your tickets.

Richard, there's so much that's new and exciting at the theme parks that you'll want to be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog as a way to keep up to date with all the cool happenings.

Here's wishing you lots of fun and all the magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
