Welcome aboard, Danielle! I'm sure you're eagerly anticipating hearing those words from the Cast and Crew in just a few days. Let's dive into the details of paying for onboard extras.
Disney Cruise Line operates on a cashless system, which means when you make a purchase, you'll use your
Key to the World Card or DisneyBand+, and the expense will be added to your stateroom folio. It's a hassle-free way to enjoy your cruise! Once your onboard account reaches a predetermined balance (depending on the duration of your cruise), the credit card on file will be charged.
You can keep track of everyone’s purchases on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Right now, the app’s features are a bit like a Genie in a bottle – limited. But once you connect to the ship's Wi-Fi, it unleashes its full magic, granting you access to a whole new world of capabilities. You can view the daily activity schedule, your dining rotation, restaurant menus, and more! There’s also a handy chat feature that allows you to communicate with your traveling companions.
If you have any questions about your onboard account, stop by Guest Services. They can print out your stateroom folio for you. You can also review your stateroom folio on the Disney Cruise Line website when you get home. Head over to Already Booked > Castaway Club. That’s right, Danielle, after your vacation ends, you are now part of the
Disney Castaway Club! As a newly minted Silver member, you’ll receive exclusive at-home and onboard perks during your next Disney Cruise.
Have fun
packing your suitcases! Thank you for cruising our way with your question.
