On snacks, can I pack individually wrapped granola bars without the original box? On water bottles, can I bring my own reusable water bottle from home?

Ahoy there, John! Thank you for sailing by planDisney with your question.

Nonperishable, individually factory-sealed snacks are allowed onboard Disney Cruise Line, even if they are not in the box that you purchased them in.  Homemade, precooked, or perishable foods or open food containers are on the prohibited list, though. You will not be able to take any open food with you off the ship when you return to your home port.

You can bring your own reusable water bottle, too. I tend to do that as well, so I can keep it with me at the pool or take it into the Buena Vista Theatre with me to watch the latest movies. You will have a refrigerator in your stateroom, and you can ask your stateroom host or hostess to fill your ice bucket with ice. You can find water in the soda dispensers by the pool and in Cabanas and Marceline Market, depending on which ship you are sailing on.

You can purchase snacks in the shops if you run out of your own. There are also some in the ice cream parlors like Jumbeaux's Sweets on the Disney Treasure and Sweet on You on the Disney Fantasy.

John, if you have any other sweet questions, planDisney is ready to answer them. I hope you have a magical vacation on Disney Cruise Line.
