Can you use your snack credits toward an alcoholic beverage?

    Hi ya Desiree!

Your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is coming up very soon! You must be excited to arrive, I’m so excited for you!

There are 3 different Disney Dining Plans offered; Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, Disney Dining Plan, and Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. No matter which plan you are on, they all include 2 snacks per night per person (ages 3+). Unfortunately, you are unable to use a snack entitlement on an alcoholic beverage. There are however, many snacks to choose from at some Quick-Service restaurants, most Outdoor Carts, and select merchandise locations!

You will able to get an alcoholic beverage, for Guests 21 and older, with your meal entitlement on any of the Disney Dining Plans though. So you could always do that, and grab a non-alcoholic beverage as your snack!

Hakuna Matata, there will be plenty for you to enjoy while on the Disney Dining Plan! Don’t forget that you can also take advantage of Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering using your My Disney Experience App at some dining locations! I love using this feature when we visit, especially with having two kids. You can also use your app to keep track of your dining plan entitlements!

    Have a Magical time!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
