Hiya Haley,
Welcome to planDisney! If I’m not planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort, I’m dreaming of planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Typically,
Disney Parks Blog releases news about something that I just have to go check out for myself, and sometimes it’s a viral snack that pops up that has me putting PTO on my work calendar. The Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte has actually been popping up in my socials a lot recently, so I had also been eyeing it as something to try during my next trip.
Speaking of planning, I’m glad you’ve started planning how to use your snack credits from your dining plan during your trip (this is always the thing I just play by ear and wish I planned out more). In my experience, standard coffees and select specialty coffees can be used as snack credits, but this is always subject to change, so I don’t want to guarantee it is the case currently at
Café Rix. In my research, I have seen reports that the Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte is not counted as a snack credit, but when I spoke to a Cast Member, they were unable to confirm. What they were able to confirm is that the best way to know for sure is to speak to a Cast Member at Café Rix and check out the menu when you arrive for the dining plan symbol (the little purple and white icon).
I know this doesn’t help with advanced planning, but I hope it was still helpful, Haley. If you do try the Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte, I hope it is amazing! One snack that is also going viral that you should also consider getting is over at Animal Kingdom right now (at
Terra Treats), the Cookie Dough Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich. It is amazing, and it was my number one snack during my last visit (and I am a DOLE Whip and Cheeseburger Egg Roll fan). Not only was it a great use of a snack credit, but it is also shareable! Before I head off to dream of my next trip, I just wanted to let you know that if you need anything else, please come back and see us. We would be happy to help!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
