Hey Jeff!
I’m so happy you came over to planDisney to talk about Disney cruising. Yes, I remember you! As I recall, you have a lot of Disney sailings under your belt, but there’s always room for more, right? I adore talking about the amazing food offerings on Disney Cruise Line, so let’s get right down to sharing my favorite snack options.
From the
Room Service menu, my go to snack selection is the All Hands on Deck platter, filled with various cheeses, crackers and fruits. It’s a great tide-us-over-until-dinner without filling us up” dish. Naturally, Captain Mickey has a soft spot for cheese, too, so it makes sense that it would be one of the best snacks onboard.
Another favorite is any pastry item from
Cove Café. While the specialty beverages are extra, the baked goods are complementary! I’m a total sucker for croissants, so that’s like speaking my love language.
But I think the absolute winner in my book is building my own ice cream sandwich using chocolate chip cookies and soft serve ice cream at Cookie’s BBQ or Cookie’s Too BBQ on
Castaway Cay! Besides, can you beat the location? I don’t think so!
Hmm, all this talk about snacks has me starving now! I’m thrilled you stopped by and sent us a question. It was so fun to talk to you and your friends about planDisney at the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration. Jeff, WISHing you many voyages in your future and lots of delicious food!
Happy Sailing!
