Greetings, Alexis, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It’s great to have you hEAR!
The
Disneyland Resort Rules were
recently updated to reflect that smoking areas will no longer be present in the Disneyland theme parks or
Downtown Disney District. However, smoking areas will be made available outside the entrances of those areas. Smoking areas are also available at
Disney Resort hotels. So, for the comfort of all Guests, the theme parks, the Esplanade between the parks, and the Downtown Disney District are all smoke-free. In addition, the Disneyland Resort Rules state that smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce a vapor or smoke is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas. Guests of the Disneyland Resort hotels are also prohibited from smoking in rooms, and on patios and balconies. I hope this information helps as you plan your upcoming
Disneyland Resort adventures!
I also hope that you’ll get a chance to experience the magic of the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort... it’s my favorite time of year to visit! You won’t want to miss the
“it’s a small world” Holiday Lighting -- it will take your breath away! Don’t forget a visit with the jolly ol’ elf himself,
Santa Claus! Check the
Disneyland app to help track him down… you never know where his reindeer will lead him!
Please stop back with any additional questions you may have… I’m all EARs!
